Experience and skills

The company draws on the extensive experience and expertise of Sam Scalia, a trained engineer, and Joseph Scalia, who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business. The Scalia brothers grew up in the residential construction field and have developed a passion for the trade by getting involved at an early age in the family business, founded by their father, Francesco Scalia. In 1999, they founded Devmont. The company has ranked among the best builders in Montreal and has established an excellent reputation. Always concerned about meeting the high quality standards that have earned it a fine reputation, we are constantly seeking new collaborators, whose knowledge and expertise enhance the company.

Involvement

We believe that the builder must be closely involved in every phase of the project, from design to customer service.
