Inspired by the resounding success of phase I of the Côté Ouest project, which earned it an Urban Development Institute award, Devmont is beginning phase II with the same enthusiasm. This contemporary design complex offers its future buyers an urban environment with easy access to conveniences and transportation networks.
Constructed entirely of concrete, the one to three-bedroom units feature generous fenestration, and some units have an unobstructed view of the mountain. In cooperation with professionals who are recognized in their respective fields, Devmont has incorporated originality, simplicity and modern design into each of the units.
